About Us
Welcoming Members Into Our Church Since 1985!
Family Life Church is a non-denominational Christ-centered church opening its doors to
members throughout the Gillette, WY community. Our many activities, events and services create new bonds
amongst members of our church, while strengthening ones that already exist. Founded in 1985, Family Life
Church has stood on the foundation and preservation of family. Not only the family members that join our
church, but the family that is formed inside.

What are the age groups for your children and youth ministries?
We offer nursery on Wednesday and Sundays from newborn to 3 years old.
Children’s Church is also offered on Wednesday and Sundays for ages in 4th-6th grade.
Youth group meets Wednesdays and is for grades 6-12.
How do I know if I am considered a FLC member or not?
If you would call FLC your home church and attend services… you are a member!
Is this the church that offers GriefShare?
Yes we have a GriefShare program that is led by our counselors. This is a 13 week program but people are welcome to jump in at any time during the 13 weeks. Call the church office to find out dates/times at 307-687-1083
Do you have counselor services and if so, how do I get started seeing someone?
Yes, we have Set Free Ministries onsite. There is a team of counselors, both male and female. The website has intake forms or the church office always has them on hand. Once those are filled out, our counselors will contact you to set up meeting time(s).
Is there a waiting time to see a counselor?
Sometimes there is a waiting period, it just depends on how many clients are being seen at any particular time. Our counselors will make every effort to get everyone in and seen in a timely manner.
How do I go about getting baptized?
We typically do onsite baptisms 2-3 times a year. Contact the church office to see when the next one is scheduled and to get added to the list.
How do I get involved?
We have many different ministries that are always looking for more volunteers to make them successful. Each Sunday there is a ‘connect card’ in the bulletin. Just fill out what you are interested in and turn it in the tithe basket or give it to the office.
Do you have any assistance programs and do I have to be a member to apply?
Anyone who is in need may come to the church office Monday to Thursday to fill out an assistance application. Once the board reviews, the receptionist will get back to you with what the church can do to help. This program is for anyone in need, not just FLC members.
Do you hold a summer Vacation Bible School and how much does it cost to attend?
Yes, every June we have a 4 day VBS program for children ages in 4th through 6th grade. The date changes from year to year but typically in late June. There is NO cost to attend but sign up as soon as registration forms are out (mid-March) as we get roughly 200 attendees.
How can I stay in the know of upcoming events and happenings?
We have weekly bulletins that go out each Sunday, FB and IG page, our Google listing and our website as well as a mass text group that you can sign up for by texting FAMILYLIFE to 81411
Do you offer smaller group Bible studies?
Yes! There are always numerous groups going through different Bible Studies. Some meet off site and some on campus. Some are offered during the day where some are in the evening. They are always changing but you can find the latest out on Sundays in the bulletin or by calling the church office.
